Online booking will require a credit card to put on file to hold your full set appointment. Your credit card will not be charged unless resulted in a no call/no show.
No call/no shows will be required to pay the full amount of the appointment.
Please give a 48 hour notice to cancel an appointment, as there may be others on a waitlist. Any appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours will be required to pay the full amount of the appointment.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we can still continue with the service with the time alotted. Please note, late arrivals cut into your appointment time and will not allow us to give you the best service possible. Please be respectful of my time and others as the appointment time is reserved for you.

Please note, at least 40% of lashes must still be remaining to qualify for a fill. Otherwise, a full set is required. If you can count with your hands how many lashes you have, it’s a new set.
